Shift: Either 5×8’s or 4x10s
Call required – 2 4’s, 2 8’s, 2 12’s minimum per 6 weeks period.
Pediatric experience preferred – Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes.

CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine.
