Interventional Radiology Tech needed! $3407 / Week Travel Assignment

Rapid City, South Dakota – IR Tech Hospital Information:

-Level II Trauma Center;

Level III NICU;

Level II Pediatric Trauma

-Magnet Status Designation;

Primary Stroke and Chest Pain Center;

Teaching Hospital

417 Beds General Information:

Beds: 2 – IR suites; 1 Overflow room

1-2 years of IR experience (required)

2 years (preferred);

Travelers must live 100 miles away from facility

Required Certifications: Tech:

BLS, ARRT or RCIS Required Education:

ARRT certification or RCIS is required Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) – preferred; will determine during interview

Skills required: Sterile technique/scrub technique, Siemens machine, EPIC, Circulation for procedures Comfortability with: Dialysis patient population (Shuntogram, Permacath); Port placement; Drain/Catheter placements; Embolizations

Charting System: EPIC (required), Omnicell Scheduling:

Shift: variable day shift; discussed during interview Call: one weekend every 3 weeks – Fri/Sat/Sun – 24 hr call (Fri 1700-Mon 0700); one overnight call each week – (1600-0700) Holiday Expectations: required; in rotation

Pay breakdown 40 Hours per week / 10 hour

$3407.00 / week gross pay =

$2210.00 / week taxable pay = $55.25/hour

$1197 / week stipend non taxable = $749 Housing + $448 M&I
